Refund Policy

CYBRIDGE adopts no refund policy; hence no payments shall be refunded for the work done or services used.

In case if you have placed an order, but it is not yet executed, you may contact our support desk at support(at)cybridge.co for a refund request.

The orders not executed will be refunded after deduction of a transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee if applicable.

Refund process may take up to 7 business days depending upon the nature of service, amount, and your bank details.
